If I had to list my top 5 grocery store items, it feels almost impossible! I mean, who sticks to just five? We all know the struggle walking into a store for one thing and walking out with a cart full of extras. It’s just natural!

Let’s try to break it down into essentials.

For Vegans:
1. Rice and Wheat – Staples for most meals.🍚🥙
2. Vegetables & Fruits – Fresh produce is a must!🥦🍎🥑🌶

4. Pulses and Cereals – Protein and fiber-packed.
